Role Overview

  • Sales Account Manager for IT Infrastructure Solutions
  • Based in Dubai office
  • Provide cyber security solutions and services to various sectors

Responsibilities

  • Sales HUNTER by nature, self motivated to call, meet and manage customers
  • Create customer opportunities and convince customers to allocate yearly security budgets
  • Serve as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Develop new business with existing clients to meet sales targets
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Proactively work with support team to close escalations

Skills

  • 7+ years experience as Account Manager or B2B sales
  • Experience exceeding monthly company targets
  • Existing contacts in IT sector of Dubai
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Fluent English (Arabic advantage)
  • Top level executive relationships
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Self driven and motivated
  • Valid UAE driving license
