- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Requirements
- 7+ years experience as an Account Manager or relevant B2B sales
- Experience in exceeding monthly company targets
- Existing contacts in IT sector of Dubai
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred
- Fluent English (Arabic will be an added advantage)
- Top level executive relationships
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license

Role Overview
- Sales Account Manager for IT Infrastructure Solutions

- Sales HUNTER by nature, self motivated to call, meet and manage customers
- Create customer opportunities and convince customers to allocate yearly security budgets
- Serve as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Develop new business with existing clients to meet sales targets
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Proactively work with support team to close escalations
Skills
- 7+ years experience as Account Manager or B2B sales
- Experience exceeding monthly company targets
- Existing contacts in IT sector of Dubai
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Fluent English (Arabic advantage)
- Top level executive relationships
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self driven and motivated
- Valid UAE driving license
