Responsibilities
- Support execution of advanced analytics roadmap to enhance underwriting efficiency and portfolio profitability across UAE and non UAE markets
- Contribute to risk exposure management strategies to ensure alignment with risk appetite and global market standards
- Foster institutional innovation by supporting development of in house AI and machine learning capabilities for underwriting, claims, and customer insights
- Assist Senior Manager in preparing Department’s annual budgets, monitoring financial performance, tracking cost variances, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Build and implement frequency, severity, and predictive models using machine learning and advanced analytics to enhance underwriting processes and optimize pricing strategies
- Perform comprehensive quantitative and qualitative pricing analysis, maintain pricing database integrity, and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management
- Utilize catastrophe modelling tools to assess risk exposure, ensuring portfolio resilience against catastrophic events
- Support corporate risk exposure management to ensure alignment with global market standards and institutional risk appetites
- Collaborate with risk and capital modeling teams to enhance capital allocation, solvency optimization, and asset liability management strategies
- Design predictive simulations for innovative reinsurance solutions and recommend structural enhancements to current insurance products
- Contribute to establishment and scaling of in house capabilities for AI driven analytics to drive operational efficiency across underwriting, claims processing, and customer insights
- Partner closely with Underwriting, Reinsurance and other internal divisions to streamline workflows and provide necessary analytics studies
Requirements
- Active student membership or credentialed status with a recognized actuarial institution (IFoA, CAS, SOA, or IAI); minimum of 4–6 actuarial exams cleared
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in pricing analytics, actuarial modelling, or related field within insurance/reinsurance or financial services
- Experience developing pricing or predictive models (commercial or consumer lines)
- Working with advanced analytics tools and statistical methods
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques applied in underwriting or claims
- Cross functional collaboration in insurance environments
- Domain specific credentials (e.g., CSPA, ACII/FIII) preferred

Job Purpose
- This role directly supports ADNIC's strategic growth objectives by performing advanced pricing analytics and building predictive models across commercial and consumer lines in both UAE and international markets.
Job Responsibilities

Skills
- Active student membership or credentialed status with a recognized actuarial institution (IFoA, CAS, SOA, or IAI). Must have a proven track record of clearing core technical/professional exams (e.g., minimum of 4–6 actuarial exams cleared or equivalent credit).
- Domain specific credentials (e.g., Certified Specialist in Predictive Analytics (CSPA) from the CAS, or standard insurance diplomas like ACII/FIII).
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in pricing analytics, actuarial modelling, or a related field within the insurance/reinsurance or financial services industry.
- Development of pricing or predictive models (commercial or consumer lines).
- Working with advanced analytics tools and statistical methods.
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques applied in underwriting or claims.
- Cross functional collaboration in insurance environments.
