Role overview
The Workplace Technology Analyst supports the employee experience team and helps global colleagues use workplace tools and technology effectively.
The role provides direct user support across Windows, macOS, and cloud-based SaaS tools.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for workplace technology support requests.
- Resolve hardware, software, and access issues on Windows and macOS devices.
- Set up technology for new employees during onboarding.
- Improve systems, workflows, and automation with senior team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace technology and user experience.
Candidate profile
- Previous IT support exposure through education, internships, or work experience is preferred.
- A customer-centric mindset, clear technical communication, proactive ownership, and responsibility are required.
- An interest in sports, entertainment, or a dynamic agency environment is advantageous.
Technical skills
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS platforms is required.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune is advantageous.
- Experience with ITSM tools is required, with Jira preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 troubleshooting is required.
- Strong hardware, software, and access-permission troubleshooting skills are required.
