Role Overview
PwC's Application Evolution Services team provides consulting and managed services across cloud applications, products, and technologies.
The role supports clients with Workday consulting, integration, implementation, training, and technical support.
The Senior Associate works as part of a team of problem solvers on issues from assessment and development through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Gather customer integration requirements and align them with Workday functionality.
- Build integrations using Workday Connectors, Studio, and Reports for legacy systems and external suppliers.
- Help customers and systems teams test Workday integrations.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, educate customers, and provide technical expertise in design workshops.
- Collaborate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and maintain internal and external networks.
- Identify improvements, analyze data responsibly, follow compliance procedures, and communicate clearly.
Requirements
- Understand Workday functionality, system implementation, and technical support concepts.
- Create documentation and training materials and conduct knowledge transfer effectively.
