Opportunity Overview

PwC’s technology strategy practice provides strategic guidance on technology investments, transformation initiatives, and technology-enabled business growth.

The Senior Associate will lead strategy and transformation programmes across infrastructure, AI, data, and digital technologies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements, research, interviews, hypothesis testing, and requirements prioritization.
  • Develop data-driven insights and implement infrastructure, digital, and AI solutions.
  • Manage projects to time, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build client relationships, lead proposals and thought leadership, and coach team members.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Significant technology transformation, operations, and/or strategy experience.
  • Significant experience in infrastructure, data, AI or GenAI, Agentic AI, AIOps or SRE, or digital transformation.
  • Experience in technology strategy consulting or a CIO organization.
  • Strong technical leadership, business analysis, information synthesis, and client relationship skills.
  • Successful project delivery and client communications experience.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and support business development, pricing, and client retention.

  • Cloud transformation and data strategies.
  • Process automation and Agentic AI reinvention.
  • Infrastructure, AIOps, and SRE.
  • Digitization and full-stack software delivery.
  • Business domains may include CPG/Retail, Utilities, Transportation and Logistics, or Telecom.

Work Environment

  • PwC Canada describes the position as part of an inclusive hybrid work environment.
  • Travel to client sites across Canada is required.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range is $87,700 to $137,700 for PwC locations in major city centres.
  • Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programmes.
