Main Responsibilities

• Own configuration across core Workday HCM areas, workflows, security, and processes.
• Build and maintain integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs, and other Workday tools.
• Support payroll interfaces and country-specific deployments.
• Develop custom objects, orchestrations, and extensions.
• Lead testing cycles and UAT with documentation and issue resolution.
• Optimize business processes, approval flows, notifications, and calculated fields.
• Produce dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Maintain environment governance, release management, regression testing, and change control.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Provide training, documentation, and guidance to user groups.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration and integration experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full Workday implementation from build through deployment.
• Capability across HCM modules, business processes, security, reporting, and tenant management.
• Experience with EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and APIs.
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Technical background in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a similar discipline.

Technical Capabilities

• Deep understanding of Workday HCM configuration, customization, and workflow design.
• Integration engineering capability across Workday Extend, Studio, web services, and authentication frameworks.
• Reporting and analytics skills including calculated fields, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools.
• Comfort managing environments, release cycles, change control, and compliance frameworks.
• Confidence working with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors in a matrixed organization.
• Global or multi-country experience is highly advantageous.
