Compensation

• Compensation is AED 17,000 to AED 20,000 plus company benefits.

Location

• The position is based in Dubai, UAE.

Main Responsibilities

• Support global sourcing projects and strategic purchasing initiatives across international markets.
• Lead RFQ and RFP processes and assess proposals based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, commercial terms, and framework agreements while developing supplier relationships.
• Review supplier performance and address delivery, quality, and service issues through corrective action plans.
• Prepare spend analyses, sourcing reports, and procurement dashboards for management decisions.
• Develop procurement risk mitigation, contingency, and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain contract compliance and accurate procurement documentation throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Manage multiple procurement categories and deliver competitive pricing, quality, and service levels.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and category management plans.
• Analyze spend data and procurement KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Forecast demand with stakeholders and align purchasing decisions with operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement and supplier management practices.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in an independent sourcing or procurement planning role within an international organisation.
• Exposure to commercial catering, facilities management, or related service categories is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functionality.
• Excellent client relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach across diverse teams and cultures.
