Main Responsibilities
- Build accurate data systems for research and pilot initiatives.
- Analyze learner-growth and project-outcome datasets to surface useful patterns.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports for educators, families, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with researchers, educators, and project teams on planning, evaluation, and innovation.
- Design baseline measures, track progress, and produce evidence-based recommendations.
- Refine tools, methods, and processes to support modern data practices and emerging insights.
Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on analytical experience, ideally in education, research, social impact, or innovation-driven environments.
- Strong capability with analytical tools, including statistical languages, spreadsheet modelling, or research software.
- Experience building dashboards or visual outputs with modern visualization platforms.
- Understanding of responsible data practices, consent, privacy, and safeguarding.
- Ability to translate complex findings into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working across multiple projects and evolving datasets.
- A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, Psychology, or another data-related or research-focused field.
