Main Responsibilities
- Maintain core infrastructure, networking, technology platforms, monitoring, documentation, and hardware lifecycle management across the Middle East.
- Deliver 2nd/3rd line support, assist the Helpdesk, manage onboarding and offboarding, and troubleshoot devices and meeting room technologies.
- Lead local infrastructure projects and regional technology initiatives.
- Automate manual processes and introduce AI-enabled tools, Microsoft Copilot, and automation platforms.
- Support vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, compliance, documentation, and security awareness.
- Coordinate technical issues and implementations with employees, department heads, global IT, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in a senior infrastructure, systems, or technology operations role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Experience with enterprise networking, including Fortigate, UniFi, Cisco switching, wireless access points, VLANs, VPNs, and structured cabling.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, meeting room technologies, printers, and end-user devices.
- Exposure to listed cloud and enterprise applications, including Business Central, EasyJob ERP, ServiceNow, Atera, Smartsheet, Dropbox Enterprise, and HubSpot.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices, including CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, MFA, endpoint security, and email security.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and independent working skills.
- Ability to lead during emergencies and support operational continuity.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with AV and collaboration technologies, physical security systems, cloud telephony, mobile fleet management, automation or scripting, and AI-enabled tools is a bonus.
- ITIL Foundation certification and Cisco networking experience are bonuses.
