Optimize WLAN performance, throughput, latency, and power consumption
Implement and validate networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS)
Support certification and compliance activities (WiFi Alliance standards)
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
Contribute to feature design, documentation, and technical discussions
4–8 years of experience in WLAN development or wireless networking
Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards and WiFi architecture
Hands-on experience in Linux/Android networking stack or embedded systems
Proficiency in C/C++ (mandatory)
Experience with debugging tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, or sniffer tools
Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP stack)
Familiarity with device drivers and kernel-level development (nice to have)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
