Role Overview
Capgemini is seeking an experienced AEM Tower Lead for enterprise digital experience and customer engagement initiatives.
The role is a hands-on leadership position covering AEM strategy, architecture, development, governance, and delivery.
The successful candidate will work across web and mobile customer-facing experiences.
Leadership and Governance
- Lead the AEM delivery tower across architecture, development, and environment management.
- Define development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Provide technical leadership and review designs for consistency across releases.
- Collaborate with business, UX, product, architecture, and delivery teams.
Architecture and Development
- Design scalable AEM solutions for personalization, self-service, forms, and customer engagement.
- Define content, component, template, and experience framework strategies.
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, services, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute directly to development when required.
Integrations and Delivery
- Support AEM integrations with Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer, CRM platforms, customer portals, and enterprise APIs.
- Participate in estimation, sprint planning, release planning, technical reviews, deployment, and environment management.
- Partner with QA teams on testing and release readiness.
Technical Skills
- Required technologies include AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Workflows, Dispatcher, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Development technologies include Java, Sling, OSGi, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- React and Azure Integration Services are preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years of web and digital experience delivery and at least 5 years of AEM experience.
- Experience leading AEM development teams and delivery workstreams.
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital transformation programs in Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Adobe certifications and broader Adobe Experience Cloud experience are preferred.
Compensation
- The posted base compensation range is $70,751 to $165,984 CAD.
- Additional variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions may apply depending on the position and applicable plans.
