Support HR reporting and analytics to solve business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Analyze workforce metrics, trends, patterns, and statistical models and assist with predictive analytics.
Reporting and analysis
- Create and maintain standard management and ad hoc reports.
- Provide quantitative comparisons using statistical analysis and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
- Run models and reports to identify significant differences, relationships, root causes, and workforce trends.
- Report statistical analyses using graphs, charts, and tables.
- Extract data from databases, web sources, and structured or unstructured files.
Stakeholder and data governance
- Gather requirements based on customer needs and collaborate with HR subject matter experts, HR business partners, HR consultants, and finance.
- Promote data governance and stewardship to improve strategic and operational performance insight.
- Support users in understanding data and meeting reporting requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR records and information and comply with applicable rules, laws, and HR policies.
Projects and enablement
- Manage multiple basic to intermediate projects supporting HR and business needs.
- Provide training solutions to end users and improve manager and HR self-service reporting.
- Research and learn new data science tools and techniques for workforce analytics.
Requirements
- At least three years of analytics experience in a relevant field.
- Experience delivering small to midsize projects with demonstrable business benefits.
- Current knowledge of governmental regulations affecting HR information systems.
- Basic process design and mapping skills.
- General knowledge of measurement and statistics.
- Basic proficiency in data visualization applications such as R, Python, or Tableau.
- Basic proficiency in SQL.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
