- Ability to independently lead and manage projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Luxury retail experience is preferred
- Arabic language is a plus

Overview
- The Wholesale Manager is responsible for the development and performance of Chloé in MEIAT region. In line with Chloé’s short and long term strategies and sales policy, the Wholesale Manager is responsible to identify and build/maintain relationships with local partners and will drive the wholesale
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiating OTBs prior to the sales campaign
- Optimizing sales during the showroom period
- Supervising the orders of the partners
- Negotiate special activations to animate and boost sales
- Define annual, seasonal & monthly retail sales target for key accounts, franchisee and corners
- Define annual, seasonal & monthly actions plans with dedicated KPIs
- Supervising the logistic operations and ensure a smooth invoicing process
- Monitor invoicing in line with the financial target
- Conduct feasibility and profitability studies to identify partners per market
- Negotiations of franchises/ corners openings as well as commercial terms
- Review all contracts as needed per market
- Define a strategic development plan for the markets
Guarantee The Quality Of The Distribution Network
- Anticipation of POS opening & closing, risks and opportunities
- Dynamic animation of the Chloe wholesale POS with popup, windows, training
- Visit partners regularly to monitor the image of the brand
- Liaising with the legal department for the LOI, LOA contracts
- Coordinating franchisee and corner opening with all parties
Drive The Development Of The Market And Key Accounts
- Control of the assortment and offer improvement
- Analyse retail figures of corners and franchises on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide and monitor VM guidelines, Grooming guidelines, Store perfect
- Manage the sales team in department store
- Conduct training on products, Chloe moments, Mystery Shopping, and Coach teams
- Dynamic animation of the network
- Coordinate the activation with Chloe HQ Wholesale team and F&A Director MEIA
Define and monitor precise reporting
- Provide forecasted plans (3, 5 years, etc.)
- Supervise quantitative and qualitative analysis of the sell out and sell through
- Provide monthly feedback and comprehensive reporting on key accounts performance
- Consolidation of the buyer’s feedback during the showroom
- Benchmark and survey of competition instore and digital activations
- Mid and end of season reporting on product offer, specific product needs, etc.
Management Of Team/department
- Collaborate closely with the Chloe Retail Manager – ME
- Engage and provide a clear vision of the wholesale strategy
- Ensure the communication and understanding of the company strategy
- Provide clear information on the internal processes and objectives
- Overview the recruitment and the evolution in the structure of the team
- Provide regular feedback to the F&A Director regarding the team and partners’ performance
Person Specification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a major relevant to the role such as Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years experience in Wholesale role
- Solid understanding of retail industry in the Middle East
- Strong negotiation, influencing, organizational skills, optimization, leadership, and coaching skills
- Ability to independently lead and manage projects
- Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze market data
- Effective communication and presentation
- High level of responsibility and accountability
- Luxury retail experience is preferred
- Arabic language is a plus
