- Welcome every guest into the Chloe family as an ambassador of the Maison
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long term relationships
- Achieve sales, KPIs and CRM targets
- Implement personalized reach out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools
- Capture client data and maintain qualitative notes
- Use omnichannel services to grow sales
- Complete trainings and participate in commercial activities
- Maintain impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming
- Support after sales clients and ensure impeccable after sales service
- Comply with Richemont policies and standards
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long term relationships
- Awareness of CRM targets and active engagement in actions to reach them
- Ability to implement personalized reach out campaigns and use clienteling tools
- Consistently capture client data and take notes of qualitative information
- Knowledge of portfolio of customers, especially VVICs and VICs
- Offer excellent customer service and deliver strong business performance
- Use all omnichannel services available to grow sales
- Awareness of store and individual sales and KPIs targets
- Complete trainings and participate in commercial activities
- Ensure impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming
- Support after sales clients and ensure impeccable after sales service
- Comply with established Richemont policies and standards
