Role Overview
The company is seeking a Well Engineering Manager to lead well engineering strategy, design, planning, technical assurance, execution support, and continuous improvement.

- Develop well engineering strategies, objectives, design criteria, operating envelopes, standards, architectures, trajectories, casing and cementing programs, completion concepts, and drilling programs.
- Coordinate engineering inputs across reservoir, geology, geophysics, production, facilities, drilling, and field teams.
- Evaluate well data, subsurface uncertainties, pressure, fracture gradients, wellbore stability, drilling hazards, and complex well design requirements.
