Role Overview
Pulse Health Care Solutions is seeking a Supplier Management Assistant or Specialist to support supplier administration, performance, development, and governance.
The role works with Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the supplier lifecycle from identification and onboarding through performance management, development, renewal, and exit.
- Maintain supplier records, contracts, pricing, terms, certifications, compliance documents, and performance history.
- Coordinate onboarding, due diligence, supplier approval, qualification, and prequalification activities.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, reviews, issue tracking, and corrective-action plans.
- Manage supplier communications and coordinate internal stakeholders around requirements and priorities.
- Monitor commercial compliance, pricing, purchase orders, payment terms, rebates, and service-level agreements.
- Support savings tracking, supplier-risk reduction, business continuity, process improvement, reporting, and automation.
Assistant and Specialist Scope
- At Assistant level, focus on supplier administration, master-data maintenance, documentation, performance tracking, meeting coordination, reporting, and issue follow-up.
