Company Description

  • Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program that enables Saudi talents to acquire the needed skills & knowledge for various professions within the hospitality field within a specific time frame by using a combination of classroom learning and On Job Training.

Job Description

  • Grooming/Attitude: Keep at all times a perfect grooming (uniform, tag, make up, tidy hair…).
  • Greeting/Attitude: Always keep a smile on. A positive attitude is a must.
  • Follow up: Act quickly and efficiently, following instructions received by supervisor.
  • Organization: Ensure section is perfectly tidy, stationary refilled, and circuits of operations followed strictly.
  • C/I & C/O: Ensure all check in and check out are made in line with standards, attentive on audit, immigration & guest history issues.
  • Communication: Be attentive to information during briefings, report problems quickly, read and update reception logbook.
  • Immigration records: Ensure all guests checked in during shift are fully recorded on accurate immigration reports (CID as per UAE law).
  • Executive Bookings & VIP: Ensure each VIP guest or Executive floor booking is guided quickly to the 22nd Floor.
  • Guest requests follow up: Be ready to help the guest with any request.
  • Handover: Clear station and do full and detailed handover with next shift, ensure cashier report is correct.
  • Selling / Up selling: Take every opportunity to sell hotel facilities and services.
  • Privacy: Respect privacy/confidentiality of all hotel patrons.

Qualifications

  • Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
  • Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Basic English skills are a must.
  • Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co workers.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
