Job Description

  • Keep at all times a perfect grooming (uniform, tag, make up, tidy hair)
  • Always keep a smile and maintain a positive attitude
  • Act quickly and efficiently, following instructions received by supervisor
  • Ensure that section is perfectly tidy at all times and stationary is refilled as required
  • Ensure all check in and check out are made in line with standards, especially audit, immigration & guest history issues
  • Be attentive to all information received during briefings and report any problem or question to supervisor
  • Ensure all guests who checked in during shift are fully recorded on immigration reports (CID as per UAE law)
  • Guide VIP guests or Executive floor bookings quickly to the 22nd Floor
  • Be ready to help the guest with any request
  • At end of shift, clear station and do a full and detailed handover with the following shift
  • Take every opportunity to sell the hotel facilities and services to the guests
  • Respect the privacy/confidentiality of all the hotel patrons

Qualifications

  • Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only
  • Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Basic English skills are a must
  • Strong passion for the Hospitality Field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co workers
  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
