About the Role
Accor's Tamayyaz program in Jeddah is seeking a Welcomer (Saudi National) to provide front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest communication, and immigration record keeping.

Responsibilities
- Keep at all times a perfect grooming (uniform, tag, make up, tidy hair)
- Always keep a smile and maintain a positive attitude
- Act quickly and efficiently, following instructions received by supervisor
- Ensure that section is perfectly tidy at all times and stationary is refilled as required
- Ensure all check in and check out are made in line with standards, especially audit, immigration & guest history issues
- Be attentive to all information received during briefings and report any problem or question to supervisor
- Ensure all guests who checked in during shift are fully recorded on immigration reports (CID as per UAE law)
- Guide VIP guests or Executive floor bookings quickly to the 22nd Floor
- Be ready to help the guest with any request
- At end of shift, clear station and do a full and detailed handover with the following shift
- Take every opportunity to sell the hotel facilities and services to the guests
- Respect the privacy/confidentiality of all the hotel patrons
Requirements
- Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience
- Basic English skills are a must
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co workers
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
