Job Description
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of the hotel's Ken Fix systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
- Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for Ken Fix systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify issues and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
