Position Summary
- First impressions are everything. When guests arrive, we want that impression to be memorable.
- Guest Arrival Experts take initiative to deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through arrival and departure.
- They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.
Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, or share highlights of the local area.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤50 lbs without assistance and >75 lbs with assistance.

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
