- Assist with bell/valet services and elevator scheduling for move in/out
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and maintain logbooks
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Italian
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

Position Summary
- Respond to Residence owners’ and their guests’ requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services.
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and guests.
- Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area.
- Announce visitors and permit access only to authorized visitors.
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Assist with bell/valet services and elevator scheduling.
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks.
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
