- Contribute to youth program goals by providing fun, educational, and caring services to children
- Build rapport with children and parents using the club's child activity services
- Organize arts and crafts time, lead games, read stories, and sing songs
- Promote youth programs and assist parents with registration
- Keep facilities and equipment clean, neat, and well maintained
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Position Summary
- Personally contribute to the youth program’s team goal of providing fun, educational and caring services to the children of members and guests, in a warm and welcoming environment. Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club’s child activity services

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- License or Certification: CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Recreation Equipment
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
