About the Role

  • Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is looking for a creative and experienced Web Designer & Mobile App Developer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern websites and mobile applications that enhance our digital presence and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
  • Create modern, user friendly UI/UX designs.
  • Develop and maintain WordPress and custom web applications.
  • Build front end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, or Vue.js.
  • Develop back end applications using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Integrate APIs, CRM systems, payment gateways, and third party services.
  • Optimize website performance, SEO, security, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Manage hosting, domains, SSL certificates, backups, and website maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams on digital initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in web and mobile application development.
  • Strong portfolio of websites and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, Laravel, React.js/Vue.js, Flutter/React Native, MySQL, and WordPress.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, UI/UX design, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI powered web solutions.
  • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, CRM, and ERP integrations.
