Role Description

  • The Senior Property Consultant is a full time on site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for leading client engagements and driving sales across the company’s residential and commercial portfolio.
  • Identify and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, present investment opportunities, and advise clients on suitable properties that match their needs and financial objectives.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers, support clients through the leasing or purchase process, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain up to date market knowledge, coordinate closely with internal teams on property availability and pricing, and deliver high quality customer service before and after transactions.
  • Build long term relationships, represent the brand professionally, and contribute to sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation skills.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in property sales or leasing, with a record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Practical knowledge of the real estate market, ideally within Qatar, including property types, pricing, and legal frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and property listing platforms, and strong basic computer skills (MS Office, email, digital tools).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Doha, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to a fast paced, target driven environment.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and a client centered approach aligned with the company’s core values.
