Responsibilities
- Promote and sell offplan residential and commercial units
- Conduct property consultations and guide clients through the full sales cycle
- Meet prospective buyers and present project information and investment benefits
- Organize site and showroom visits
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all Bin Al Sheikh developments, pricing, and payment plans
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and contracts
- Ensure high standard of customer service and follow up
- Contribute to sales targets, market research, lead generation, and relationship building
Requirements
- Strong Consulting skills including needs assessment and property advisory
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Proven Customer Service capabilities
- Demonstrated Sales experience, preferably in offplan or new developments
- Solid Real Estate knowledge of the Qatar market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Experience in GCC real estate markets
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools

Role Description
- Promote and sell offplan residential and commercial units.
- Conduct property consultations and guide clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
- Meet prospective buyers, present project information and investment benefits.
- Organize site and showroom visits.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all Bin Al Sheikh developments, pricing, and payment plans.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams for documentation and contracts.
- Ensure high standard of customer service and follow up.

Qualifications
- Strong Consulting skills including needs assessment, property advisory, and investment guidance.
- Excellent Communication abilities with clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities focusing on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, preferably in offplan or new developments, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Solid Real Estate knowledge of the Qatar market, including regulations, financing options, and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Experience in GCC real estate markets and fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools.
