Responsibilities
- Handle commercial and residential leasing inquiries from prospective tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations
- Advise landlords and tenants on market trends, rental values, and suitable property options
- Negotiate lease terms and successfully close leasing transactions
- Prepare tenancy agreements, lease documentation, and ensure compliance with Qatar's real estate regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's leasing portfolio
- Maintain accurate property listings and update the CRM system regularly
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of commercial and residential leasing experience
- Previous Qatar real estate market experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Qatar's leasing procedures and tenancy regulations
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Self motivated, target oriented, and customer focused
- Valid Qatar Driving License with Vehicle preferred
- Available for immediate joining

Job Overview
- Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking an experienced Commercial & Residential Leasing Consultant (Arab National) to join our dynamic leasing team in Qatar.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both commercial and residential leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving leasing targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle commercial and residential leasing inquiries from prospective tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations.
- Advise landlords and tenants on market trends, rental values, and suitable property options.

- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

- Valid Qatar Driving License with Vehicle is preferred.
