- Develop new designs for digital eMarketing campaigns such as eNewsletters, web pages, email campaigns, landing pages, and ads
- Refine new designs as necessary and make edits to existing projects
- Provide production support to Senior Designers and Creative Manager
- Provide PDF markups and web ready assets to developers
- Create and edit web pages using HTML & CSS
- Retouch and manipulate images using Photoshop
- Use master pages and style sheets in InDesign
- Provide file archiving and retrieval services
- Collaborate with creative project teams of designers, copywriters, developers, account managers, project coordinators and outside vendors
Requirements
- College graduate with Graphic Design or related degree
- 3+ years professional design experience
- Expert level of competency in HTML & CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Flash, InDesign, and email marketing best practices
- Experience with Content Management System (Sitecore, Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, etc.)
- Excellent production and project management skills

Role Overview
- Following established guidelines, develops new designs for a variety of digital eMarketing campaigns such as eNewsletters, web pages, email campaigns, landing pages, and ads.
- Assist the Creative Services Team with additional projects as needed.
- Refines new designs as necessary, makes edits to existing projects.
- Provides production support to Senior Designers and Creative Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Experienced in areas of web design and production including: providing PDF markups and web ready assets to developers; creating and editing web pages using HTML & CSS; retouching and manipulating images using Photoshop; using master pages and style sheets in InDesign.
- Provides file archiving and retrieval services as requested by Creative Manager.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with ability to effectively present to management in a group setting, in person and in cross site online meeting presentations.
- Extremely organized and thorough. Able to multi task and meet tight deadlines.
- Communicates issues regarding workload or scheduling to Creative.
- Properly stores files that are in progress and archives completed files.
- Collaborates with creative project teams of designers, copywriters, developers, account managers, project coordinators and outside vendors.
- Ability to take direction from Creative Manager and Senior Designers.
Requirements
- College graduate with Graphic Design or related degree.
- 3+ years professional design experience.
- Expert level of competency in HTML & CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Flash, InDesign, and email marketing best practices.
- Print design and production and working knowledge of PHP and javascript a plus.
- Excellent production and project management skills.
- Experience with Content Management System (Sitecore, Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, etc.)
- Ability to multi task and eagerness to learn.
