About the Role
A client of Career Raiser is looking for a Rewards Manager to handle compensation, benefits, incentives, performance management, job evaluation, and payroll. The role involves developing compensation structures and managing HRIS.

Responsibilities
- Handle the development of compensation structure for a newly acquired organization
- Partner with Executive Management and Parent company in reviewing the compensation structure including Executive Compensation
- Conduct various annual Compensation and Market surveys, develop and share report among participants
- Propose and implement a revised Compensation Matrix and corrective measures
- Suggest and implement Long term (LTI) and Short term (STI) incentives and welfare programs
- Manage the Performance Management System and suggest modifications
- Manage the job analysis and evaluation exercise for a company
- Manage the development and revisions of HR Policies & Procedures Manual, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct
- Ensure Manpower planning is completed and executed based on annual requirements
- End to end processing of payroll and manage HRIS
Requirements
- Experience in compensation, benefits, rewards, and incentives
- Knowledge of performance management systems
- Experience in job profiling and job evaluation
- Experience in payroll and HRIS management
- Ability to handle internal and external audit reports

- Policies & Procedures Manage the development and revisions of the HR Policies & Procedures Manual, published Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct document and UAE General Information booklet.
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting Ensure all Manpower planning of the company is completed and executed based on annual requirements.
