- Manage compensation and benefits, salary modeling, and incentive design
- Oversee performance management system including appraisals and reviews
- Handle recruitment for all departments including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
- Manage payroll and employee relations, including grievance handling
- Coordinate visa processing and onboarding for new joiners
- Drive process improvement and automation of HR processes
Requirements
- Experience in compensation and benefits, salary modeling, and incentive design
- Experience with performance management systems and HRMS
- Recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Knowledge of payroll and employee relations
- Process improvement and automation skills

- Sales Target and KPI Mapping
- Performance Appraisal and Performance Management System (PMS)
- HRMS for improving efficiency of PMS (HR.net Paperless)
- Project Specific and Business Specific Evaluation forms designer
- Rostered and Scheduled Quarterly and Annual reviews for all grades
- Restructured the org structure / Grading for increasing productivity
- Employee Change of Status (Promotions / Role upgrade / Transfers)
- Recruitment: Hiring Manager of Contact for entire Dubai Operations
- Structured Recruitment Process: Employment Requisition, Sourcing, Screening, Interview, Offer Closure, Onboarding
- Coordinate Pre joining for new joiners (arranging office amenities)
- Visa processing online and typing
