- Develop compensation structure for newly acquired organization
- Partner with Executive Management and Parent company on compensation review
- Conduct annual compensation and market surveys
- Propose and implement revised compensation matrix and corrective measures
- Suggest and implement long term and short term incentives and welfare programs
- Manage performance management system
- Manage job analysis and evaluation exercises
- Develop and revise HR policies and procedures manual
- Ensure manpower planning is completed and executed
- Manage implementation of employee engagement surveys
- Process end to end payroll and manage HRIS
- Handle internal and external audit reports
Requirements
- Experience in compensation, benefits, and rewards
- Experience with performance management systems
- Experience in job profiling and job evaluation
- Experience with HR policies and procedures
- Experience in manpower planning and budgeting
- Experience with payroll and HRIS
- Experience with consulting firms such as Aon, Mercer, or Deloitte
- Background in consulting industry

Job Overview
- Compensation, Benefits, Rewards & Incentives handled the development of compensation structure for a newly acquired organization.
- Partnered with Executive Management and Parent company in reviewing the compensation structure including Executive Compensation.
- Conduct various annual Compensation and Market surveys, developed and shared report among participants.
- Propose and implement a revised Compensation Matrix and corrective measures.
- Suggest and implement Long term (LTI) and Short term (STI) incentives and welfare programs based on annual market compensation reports and cost implications.
- Performance Management System knowledge of managing the Performance Management System.
- Suggested & Implemented modification of the system to enhance evaluation and reward process.
- Job Profiling & Job Evaluation: Manage the job analysis and evaluation exercise for a company.
- Conduct job evaluation report and rationale to Sr. HR Management for final approval.
- Policies & Procedures: Manage the development and revisions of the HR Policies & Procedures Manual, published Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct document and UAE General Information booklet.
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Ensure all Manpower planning of the company is completed and executed based on annual requirements.
- Conduct half yearly review of plan to identify variance and raise alarms to management and respective departments.
