- Operate and monitor WTP equipment as per SOPs
- Ensure drinking water meets quality specifications and production requirements
- Monitor RO systems, filtration units, and process parameters; make necessary operational adjustments
- Perform CIP activities and replace filters/cartridges as per schedule
- Maintain operational records, logs, and reports accurately
- Identify and report equipment issues; support basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Optimize chemical, utility, and raw material usage to minimize waste
- Maintain GMP, housekeeping, and HSE standards within the WTP area
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reduce downtime
Requirements
- Experience in water treatment plant operations
- Knowledge of RO systems and filtration units
- Ability to perform CIP activities and filter replacements
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
- Commitment to GMP and HSE standards
