- Manage daily shop floor operations to achieve production targets and optimize resources
- Perform production batch entries in SAP and coordinate with WMS for accurate inventory transactions
- Monitor production efficiency, OEE, and manpower utilization to maximize productivity
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, SOPs, and HSSE requirements
- Minimize raw material and packaging waste while improving production yields
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to maximize equipment availability and reduce downtime
- Resolve SAP/ERP related production issues and maintain accurate production records
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support audit readiness
- Prepare production reports, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality operations
Requirements
- 7 10 years of experience in production supervision
- Experience with SAP and WMS
- Knowledge of GMP, quality standards, SOPs, and HSSE
