- Manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive high volume recruitment across multiple functions while ensuring quality and speed of hiring
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular hiring updates and recruitment planning
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiations
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment data, ATS, SAP records, and hiring reports with accuracy
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and talent engagement activities
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in high volume recruitment across multiple functions
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations
- Proficiency in ATS and SAP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
