- Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and GMP standards
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime
- Organize maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and utility maintenance with support from the Technical Supervisor
- Monitor the performance and reliability of production equipment, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assign daily maintenance tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of planned maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and daily activity reports
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, reporting and investigating unsafe conditions or incidents
- Drive root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
- Promote best maintenance practices, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong supervisory and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with GMP and HSE standards
