- Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions to convert leads into sales
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring mutual value for both the customer and the company
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, invoices, and revenue reports
