Responsibilities
- Install, service, repair, and sanitize water coolers and related equipment
- Attend customer service requests and resolve technical issues within assigned timelines
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability
- Diagnose and repair coolers both on site and in the workshop
- Support the Sales team with installations and customer technical requirements
- Maintain accurate service reports and daily activity records
- Ensure proper upkeep of company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Comply with HSSE policies and report any incidents or unsafe conditions promptly
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in servicing water coolers or similar equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment on site and in workshop
- Valid driver's license (implied by company vehicle upkeep)
