Overview
We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Watch Technician (WOSTEP Certified) to join our client’s team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining luxury timepieces while ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete servicing, repair, and maintenance of luxury and premium watches.
- Diagnose mechanical and technical issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct movement assembly, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and timing adjustments.
- Carry out polishing, water resistance testing, and quality control inspections.
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to brand and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
- Coordinate with after-sales and customer service teams regarding repair updates.
- Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory responsibly.
- Adhere to workplace safety and quality procedures at all times.
Requirements
- WOSTEP Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Watch Technician / Watchmaker within the luxury watch industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and quartz movements.
- Experience working with luxury watch brands is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision skills.
- Ability to work independently and within deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
