  • We are hiring on behalf of a global technology powerhouse — a company that has fundamentally changed the way the world computes, stores data, and builds technology.
  • As part of their continued investment in the UAE and the wider EMEA region, they are seeking a talented UAE National Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Dubai.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring teams to design and execute sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive market research.
  • Conduct in depth interviews with a consistently high offer to interview conversion ratio.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously against tight timelines and SLAs.
  • Set benchmarks, track metrics, and report performance clearly to stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that raise the bar on hiring quality.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiting coordinators, and programme managers.
  • Contribute to broader TA initiatives including senior level hiring and best practice projects.

What We're Looking For

  • This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals. Applications from other nationalities will not be considered.
  • We are looking for recruiters with a background in one or more of the following: Technology, cloud, or enterprise software companies; In house TA functions within fast paced, high growth organisations; Recruitment agencies or search firms specialising in technology hiring; High volume or full lifecy
  • Recruiters from non technology industries are unlikely to be the right fit.
  • Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience – sourcing through to offer and close.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to push back and set expectations.
  • Exceptional organisation – you thrive managing multiple open searches at once.
  • A high performance mindset – this is not a slow paced environment.
  • Professional fluency in English | Arabic a strong advantage.
  • Experience across both high volume and niche specialist hiring is a plus.
