About the Role
AMS International UAE is hiring a Business Analyst to support Microsoft 365 EMEA Category operations. The role involves performance tracking, incentive support, and rhythm of business activities, requiring 2-5 years of experience in category, marketing, or sales.

Responsibilities
- Decipher market trends leading to growth of new customers and unlock areas of opportunity through Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis.
- Track in store and online execution of M365 marketing and promotional activities, providing data based recommendations.
- Analyse product pricing across retailer websites and create a PowerBi view to track weekly fluctuations.
- Work across functions (Sales, Marketing, Category) to track investments and suggest ways to increase ROI.
- Manage the weekly reporting rhythm across key metrics – M365 Attach to device, Cloud Mix, and Gross Adds.
- Assist M365 territory managers on promotional plans, updating spending trackers and assessing utilisation.
- Collaborate with the Windows category team to create a promotional map highlighting the correlation of M365 and Windows offers across the EMEA market.
- Track partner claim reports to highlight utilisation of programmatic funds.
- Assist in the creation of presentations for monthly insight meetings and executive visits.
- Drive agenda topics through weekly team connection calls, showcasing project updates and weekly performance insights.
- Create a suggested framework for collaboration with other categories and functions to support business continuity and shared planning.
- Lead quarterly funding competition, tracking submissions and scoring.
Requirements
- 2 5 years' experience in Category, Marketing or Sales preferably in consumer electronics or consumables industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field, OR equivalent experience
- Analytical skills and strong financial acumen
- Self motivated individual with a growth mindset
- Confident to represent business insights in front of stakeholders at all levels
