Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in executive administrative roles, supporting GM or CXO level leadership

- Strong emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a customer focused and can do attitude

Position Overview
- We are seeking a seasoned Executive Business Administrator with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in supporting senior leadership (GM and CXO level). The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills while thriving in a fast paced corporate environ
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to GM and CXO level executives.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Exhibit a creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and address challenges with a solution focused mindset.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years in executive administrative roles, supporting GM or CXO level leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with internal Microsoft tools like MSS, iCIMS, HeadTrax, MS Space, MS Travel, Visio, and Forms (or willingness to attain proficiency).
- Strong emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to foster collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Creative thinker with a customer focused and can do attitude.
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
Salary
- AED 15000/ per month
