Responsibilities
- Unload incoming delivery trucks and verify quantities against purchase orders
- Tag incoming goods and place in designated inspection area
- Maintain stores and goods in areas in safe, clean, orderly condition
- Organize warehouse locations and ensure items are properly tagged and preserved
- Perform routine inventory checks and cycle counts
- Pick items accurately according to pick lists
- Pack materials securely and construct wooden export crates when required
- Label boxes with shipping and handling markings
- Load outgoing trucks safely and distribute shipping paperwork
Requirements
- Perform physical and administrative duties for shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Operate with limited supervision
- Experience with ERP data entry and receiving inspections
- Ability to handle loading/unloading trucks and material movement
- Knowledge of warehouse organization and inventory control
- Ability to construct wooden export crates

Role Overview
- The Warehouse Worker performs essential physical and administrative duties to support facility wide logistics, including shipping and receiving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and managing preservation, packaging, and storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, Inspection & ERP Data Entry: Unload trucks, review documentation, verify quantities, tag goods, and enter data into ERP.
- Warehouse Organization & Inventory Control: Maintain clean and orderly stores, organize locations, perform quality checks, control shelf life, and carry out cycle counts.
- Picking, Packing & Shipping: Pick items, check condition, pack materials, construct crates, label, and load outgoing trucks.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Follow company policies, suggest improvements, and perform other duties as directed.
