- Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and distribution
- Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy and product availability
- Apply FIFO/FEFO standards to maintain product quality and reduce waste
- Monitor periodic and annual stock counts, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
- Supervise loading, unloading, and order preparation processes
- Coordinate operational activities between warehouse, sales, procurement, and transportation
- Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements and ensure compliance with procedures
- Manage warehouse space utilization to maximize storage efficiency
- Supervise warehouse staff performance, task allocation, and daily activities
- Monitor operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order preparation speed, and stock loss percentages
- Supervise product quality standards inside the warehouse
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports related to inventory and warehouse activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of practical experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Previous experience in FMCG companies is mandatory
- Hands on experience with Odoo ERP system is mandatory
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams
- Good knowledge of warehousing procedures, inventory control, and stock management
- Strong reporting and operational data analysis skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required

Eligibility and Job Summary
- Practical experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution fleet monitoring is required, with previous experience in FMCG companies.
- Experience in trading, food, or retail companies is preferred.
- This position is available for Arab nationalities and residents within the UAE only.
- The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
