- Assist the Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting food according to company recipes and quality standards
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and food items before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef
- Properly store food items to minimize waste and maintain freshness
- Assist in receiving and inspecting food deliveries
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Assist in maintaining consistent food presentation and portion control
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Chef, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role
- Experience in Arabic cuisine and Fast Food highly preferred
- Good understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Job Summary
- We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Chef to support daily kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

- AED 1,575.20 AED 4,055.25 per month
