**Eligibility:** Candidates must have professional hands-on experience in **Odoo ERP**, This position is open to for **Arab nationalities** and residents within the **UAE only**.
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR professional to join our organization as a Senior HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law, and supporting the company’s operational objectives. This position requires a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll, employee benefits administration, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations matter professionally, including disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labour contracts, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and Maintain accurate HR records, reports, employee files, and confidential documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of **UAE Labor** Law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and employee relations on **HR system Odoo**.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in **HR system Odoo** and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
