Responsibilities
- Manage and record daily financial transactions in accordance with company policies
- Prepare and implement the Chart of Accounts within the Odoo accounting system
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure proper closing of accounts and support month end and year end closing procedures
- Prepare VAT related reports and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a General Accountant
- Practical experience in using Odoo Accounting System
- Ability to prepare and implement Chart of Accounts in Odoo
- Strong experience in trading and manufacturing companies
- Full knowledge of the accounting cycle and financial reporting preparation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Eligibility and Job Summary
