Role Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations and leads frontline teams.
The role is based in a fast-paced 3PL, FMCG, and cold-store environment.
The position reports to the Assistant Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inbound, outbound, picking, staging, loading, and cross-docking activities.
- Conduct shift briefings and allocate manpower based on operational requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and SLA performance.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO, WMS/RF scanning, SOPs, safety, and PPE requirements.
- Manage attendance, productivity, training, onboarding, and skill development.
- Handle escalations and drive corrective actions.
- Support manpower planning, process improvement, and Kaizen initiatives.
Requirements
- Three to five years of warehouse operations experience is required.
- Experience in 3PL, FMCG, food, fresh produce, e-commerce, or cold-store operations is required.
- Knowledge of WMS, RF scanning, and inventory processes is required.
- UAE experience is mandatory for the role.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Relevant supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or operations certifications are preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is up to AED 7,000 per month.
