Job Purpose
Coordinate and control outbound warehouse activities so customer orders are checked, staged, documented and dispatched accurately and on time.
Maintain product quality, cold-chain requirements and inventory accuracy during outbound operations.
Outbound Dispatch Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily outbound dispatch activities and verify picked orders against invoices, delivery notes and system records.
- Check product, quantity, batch, location and customer details, then stage orders by route, vehicle and delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with picking, loading, inventory, transport and operations teams.
- Apply FIFO and FEFO requirements for fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Check product condition and verify pallet, crate and carton counts before vehicle departure.
- Complete dispatch documents, confirm vehicle allocation and monitor loading activities.
- Report shortages, excess quantities, damages and picking discrepancies, including urgent corrections before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records, update warehouse systems, Excel trackers or ERP transactions, and support stock reconciliation.
- Maintain required temperature conditions during staging and loading and follow cold-chain, food-safety, hygiene and warehouse SOPs.
- Keep loading bays and dispatch areas organized, coordinate with transport teams, and support shift handovers.
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary education is required.
- A diploma in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management or a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- ERP, WMS or warehouse-system experience is advantageous.
- Good spoken and written English is required.
Experience and Schedule
- At least three years of warehouse operations experience is required.
- UAE warehouse experience is mandatory.
- Experience in 3PL, cold-store, FMCG, fruits and vegetables, or food distribution warehouse operations is preferred.
- Previous outbound, dispatch or warehouse coordination experience is strongly preferred.
- Fresh produce or temperature-controlled product experience is advantageous.
- Shift work, weekends and additional hours may be required.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
