The group has approximately 3,000 associates, modern ISO-compliant storage facilities, and a fleet of more than 300 vehicles.
Job Purpose
The HR Executive will manage accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and industry best practices.
The role maintains payroll records and processes pay for more than 1,500 drivers, warehouse employees, and office employees.
Payroll and Compliance
- Prepare monthly payroll for all white-collar and blue-collar employees.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and incentive data.
- Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, gratuity, final settlements, and leave salaries.
- Reconcile payroll data with HR and Finance records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and WPS requirements.
- Maintain records for audits and government inspections.
