Warehouse, Fleet & Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize fleet performance, warehouse efficiency, and logistics operations.
• Manage end-to-end fleet operations including vehicle procurement, maintenance, fuel management, utilization, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and manage a team of fleet supervisors, logistics coordinators, warehouse personnel, and distribution staff.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery processes.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze logistics data, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and transportation regulations while supporting HSSE initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and service providers to drive operational excellence.
• Implement and enhance technology solutions for fleet tracking, route optimization, inventory management, and reporting.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, operational reviews, and budget forecasts for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, logistics technologies, and regulatory developments to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Desirable Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fleet, or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership experience managing large operational and cross-functional teams.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industry preferred.
• Proven ability to optimize logistics processes, fleet utilization, and warehouse efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of distribution planning, transportation, and inventory coordination.
• Experience in handling operational KPIs, reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with logistics systems, fleet tracking tools, and operational dashboards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
