Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic, commercial, and cross-functional projects across the organization.
The role will be responsible for establishing project governance, driving business transformation initiatives, managing product launches, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from business case development to implementation and value realization.
- Establish and enforce project governance standards, including project briefs, business cases, and approval frameworks.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive commercial projects, product launches, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Partner with department heads to align projects with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Develop executive dashboards, project status reports, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Facilitate post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or commercial project delivery.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, product launches, and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business case development, feasibility analysis, and financial evaluation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Commercial Operations, or Business Transformation environments is highly preferred.
